Summer Time At Home Cold Brew
One cup of medium to coarse ground coffee is steeped into 4 cups of room temperature filtered water in a glass container for 12 -15 hours on your countertop. Next, strain the coffee through a fine mesh, leaving you with a smooth concentrate. Dilute with ice, water or some type of milk or creamer (usually a 50:50 mix, but it depends on how strong you like your coffee) to make cold brew and serve. Keep the concentrate in the refrigerator for later and enjoy.
