How long are shipping times?
Your products will ship within one to two business days of you placing your order, and then take 2-3 days to reach your doorstep. Depending on your location your product ships carbon free from our Brooklyn or NJ location via UPS or USPS. Each product at Nomad Roasters has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.
What is your return policy?
Please refer to our refund policy for instructions.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.
What happens if I receive the wrong order?
If there is an issue with your order - such as the wrong size, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted, then simply notify us and we will give you a refund once we receive the product back to us.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges.
Can I return my coffee order?
Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on coffee due to its perishable nature. However, if there are errors in your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We’re happy to help.
